...See more I am 16 years old and I want to become a doctor. I am a hardworking person, but I suffer from hereditary social phobia that has destroyed everything in my life. I have no friends and my family hates me. The problem is that I am afraid of them. They destroy everything in my life and destroy my mind from the amount of fear and anxiety. The problem is that I am afraid. I have started to be afraid of their voices and I have even started to be afraid of many things, such as when someone opens the door. I feel very afraid. My heart is on fire from the inside. I cannot breathe and my body hurts all day long. I am abnormally afraid.
