We are only human, and being human means we make mistakes and need some help, and that's where we as listeners come in, we aren't certified therapists, we are just another human being listening to others of our kind. Some that are sad or angry or depressed or just lonely and need someone to talk to. We as listeners are not perfect, but we try to be humble and help out with the best of our abilities. When I start a conversation for you to talk about your life and your problems, I will not be perfect, but I will be human, with my heart out and my mind open to anything. :)
