...See more I feel like there are some days, like yesterday, when I cant leave my room. I feel like I am paralysed. I feel sick and cant eat and when ibtry and talk I cant string my words together. I have talked to my GP and I am seeing a counsellor for my anxiety. I do seem to be getting a bit better but then some days i come crashing back down. :(
