{46; she/her; demi/bi.} Experience in yoga, mindfulness, and healing work related to depression, trauma, anxiety and ACE (adverse childhood experiences). I have found many tools for my toolbox over the years, and will do my best to help you find the tools that work best for you in your own journey.

Such a wonderful listener, so understanding. Had a very good knowledge of how Chronic Pain affects people both physically and emotionally and allowed me talk through and calmed me down while having a flare up. So awesome to have someone as educated as Alia as part of the community of 7cups.

I understand people have a life, so I really don't mind re response time...never asked for a certain time in responding ...but I look for quality ...not quantity ...it's not how often a person responds , it's what they say , and I am happy, she is helping me, some days we actually have back and forth ( immediate ) texting ...which is cool too
