Hi everyone! I want to just be real for a minute so you know that I understand and empathize with what you’re going through. I had my first Bipolar I episode at 16 and it didn’t seem to stop until I was diagnosed and properly medicated at age 19. I have engaged in most all coping mechanisms and destructive behaviors out there so please feel free to share as much as you’d like to.
