Hello! I'm glad you found me on seven cups of tea. I'm a trained active listener and like to support people struggling with social anxiety, anxiety, depression and self harm (but will do my best to help anyone no matter what the problem is). I enjoy reading, drawing, listening to music and helping people. I've overcome a lot of my own struggles including depression, self harm and anxiety. I am here to help anyone who may need someone to talk to.
