...See more Hi I was diagnosed with bipolar about 4 years ago and with medicine I am mostly good. Recently I have been in a depressive episode and I have gotten the urge to self harm. I haven’t self harmed in years and I know it isn’t good for me and isn’t going to help me feel better. What have other people done during depressive episodes to make them feel a little bit better that isn’t harmful?
