Hi! Welcome to 7cups, you should be proud of yourself for reaching out! I am not here to fix any problems you may be experiencing; however, I can be a great listener and a support system. I have also experienced anxiety and depression for a lot of my life and am still trying to deal with it daily. Some days are good and some days are not, however, I have learned to be okay with that and recognize it is okay not to be okay all the time. Due to my jobs, I do have experience with actively listening to individuals and I look forward to talking with you :)
