Hello! I'm so glad you've come to 7 Cups of Tea. I'm a trained Listener and, more importantly, someone who wants to hear your story. I used to use 7 Cups of Tea too, and from time to time I still do. My struggles with mental health are based in depression, generalized anxiety, self-harm, and family stress. I relate to people who have been told that their mental health issues do not exist, and I am proof that getting help is possible, recovery is possible, and that parents can change. I've gotten to a place where I can read, write, and watch movies or TV shows again and I really, really hope that you too will find that place again.
