Work problems

...See more Honestly not sure how to do this. I don’t tell people my problems because it makes me feel more ashamed of myself. Here goes Got a job in a busy office and I have been struggling to get to grips with the amount I have to do. I have been slowly getting trained and there is just always something more to do or I do something completely wrong at every turn. People seem to always be fixing my mistakes or slowed down by me. I felt this sense of inferiority at work. I am slower than everyone and I make massive mistakes. The office can be harsh, people will get on you about mistakes, yell, have words that sort of thing. Now the person I worked with is leaving, so I will be on my own and responsible for a lot more senior staffs work days going right or wrong. I don’t know how to do so much and speed up for these people. I can’t change jobs for personal reasons and well this one is now dominating my thoughts. My anxiety is constantly on alert that someone will ask me something I don’t know how to do, or I will make another blunder. Worst is my slow pace at tasks. I feel myself slow compared to others and it is tearing my mind to bits trying to force myself to be better. Anyway I have no clue if I am making sense here or if anyone even reads these things. I am just tired of everything being hard when I just want to be good at something.
