...See more How do you continue to be a caretaker when you are not ok yourself? When your own physical health is broken down, and your mental health is taking a beating? How do you keep going, keep your spirits up and keep the person you are caretaker for from spiraling as well... I'm struggling lately to keep going... (no I'm not a danger to myself or anyone else. I'm just tired, and scared bc we are still trying to find out what is wrong with my spouse and I'm recovering from a serious illness, and was in the middle of it when my spouse started having their issues.) Thanks for listening.
