...See more I’m going through a really tough time. My husband has cancer and is undergoing treatment. Five years ago, my boyfriend from university (who I was with for a long time) also died from cancer, and three years ago, I lost my brother to cancer too. I know no one lives forever, but losing loved ones so young feels impossible to accept. I keep replaying these thoughts in my head, wondering if there was anything I could have done differently. Sometimes, my mind gets so loud and overwhelming that I start to panic. Has anyone else been through this? How do you cope with these feelings?
