...See more I am 24 years old and a mama to a three and six year old. I was diagnosed with bipolar anxiety and depression and now waiting to be tested for ADHD. I am on meds daily to help with everyday life but I feel it is still exhausting and challenging at times. I am a stay at home mom and don’t go out much. Hoping to learn from this app
