...See more Hi, Im Amy (23 years old) and Im from Buckinghamshire, England. I suffer from repressed childhood anxiety and depression, and I have recently had a very traumatic birth experience leading to (self-diagnosed) PTSD. I am hoping this app will help me express my emotions and learn to manage them better as Im currently starting to get overwhelmed. My marriage, friendships, and family life are all starting to get negatively impacted by my mental health.
