...See more One day I finally stood up for myself and got tired of the abuse of my boss. I called my union rep to say I feel really unsafe here. Their was a meeting called and I spoke my truth about the mistreatment i endured. I ended up transferring job locations shortly after. I walked into the new place and I didn't know what to expect. I was relieving prior experiences of my old boss. I am always expecting mistreatment or bad behavior. I am so afraid to make simple mistakes because my old boss made big deals about it and make it my fault. I was taught how to do something at the new site. I was expecting the old behavior I was so nervous to be taught how to do something. My old boss would do it himself if I was going to slow for him.
