In a tough world, everyone is expected to follow and conform to social norms, and keep their pains hidden away.
Sometimes, the build-up gets too much, and you come to a point where all it takes is just one bad day.
My purpose here is to make sure that it does not get to that point. Because I've been to that point and back, I know that whatever problems you have are SOLVABLE if you believe in yourself that it is possible.
