...See more Hi everyone, I'm new here and still figuring out how this works. It's difficult for me to post anything or reply to your threads. I always feel like I'm intruding. Taking up space that wasnt meant for me. I guess in posting this and going against my normal patterns, I hope to add some new ways to fight my depression and the loneliness. It really doens't help that my social anxiety and depression are feeding each other. How do you all deal with the need to stay active, while the depression is draining every bit of energy and motivation?
