...See more Hello everyone, I have had this app on my phone for 3 months now and decided to use it finally. I am female and have ADHD diagnosed when I was 8 years old. My biggest pressing issue currently is being estranged from my grown daughter. It has been almost 5 months now and it is very hard handling it alone. Journaling is no longer working for me. The feelings and emotions that seem to come and go in waves. We have always been extremely close it's as if she has died at least that is how it feels.
