...See more As much as I want to beleive I know the difference it is still confusing to me. Is self estem, self worth and self value the same thing? Is self confidence simply when you are confident about doing something in particular regardless of how you value or estem yrself. Can somebody really be self confident and yet have low self esteem? Des the stress level of a self confident person who speaks in public , for an example, vary depending on his self esteem level ? Any thoughts? Voila! 🙂
