Hello! I am so glad you have found me on 7cups. I am currently working in the mental health field and obtaining a masters degree in counseling specializing in mental health and substance abuse. I am excited to be able to help in a new and creative way. I have struggled myself with anxiety and depression and understand how difficult it can be at times.
