Hey I'm Ash,
Im 19, and in college studying creative therapy. I would love to connect to people and give them a helping hand wherever I can.
I love music, writing and theatre.
I have an anxiety disorder accompanied by depressive episodes. i struggle with SH and addiction. i am on my road to recovery.

...See more Hi, my name is Ash and Im new. (i made this account a few years ago but never really used it). I quit therapy a while back for a few different reasons. ive been in therapy for 4years before i had to stop. and lately its been very hard. ive been addicted to SH for over 8 years now. although its been an on and off battle ive never really been 100% off of it. lately the thoughts have come back. i recognise the signs but i feel to weak to do anyhting about it at the moment. so thats the biggest reason why ive come on here. i am excited to check out this community. much love
