...See more Hi everyone, I'm kind of new here and this is my first post so I do apologise if it's in the wrong place. I haven't been feeling quite myself for a while now; my emotions seem really intense and unpredictable, I've been self harming for sometimes no apparent reason, relationships with my boyfriend and parents can be quite intense - one moment I feel everything is perfect, the next it feels like everything is falling apart. Anyway, like most people with internet access, I did a search online and came up with loads of possible causes. The one that matched best was BPD. Now I'm just wondering where I go from here. I don't want to jump to conclusions or self diagnose. I just felt very alone and quite abnormal to be honest and wanted to know why. I don't have a counselor or therapist, just a GP who is aware of my past depression. I would really appreciate some guidance and advice on what I should do. My relationships and body are suffering and I feel very confused. Warm hugs
