My name is Corrinne and I'm here to listen to you and help you in anyway possible. I've spent a lot of time on the other side of the couch getting help which I feel makes me uniquely qualified to be a listener. I've studied social psychology, abnormal psychology, and philosophy throughout college as well as many other courses. I also have vast personal experience receiving professional help dealing with major depressive disorder with suicidal thoughts, severe social phobia, eating disorders, dermatillomania, cutting, ADD, non-verbal learning disability/Autism spectrum difficulties, poor self esteem, hoarding behaviors, abuse and relationship struggles, perfectionist and the list goes on an on. The key thing is that I've been there, I can relate and share what I've learned over the years and I hope that my battles can help you feel like you are not alone and that you can get through it because even though I still have to work at it, I have made great accomplishments dealing with some very deep issues and i'm living and managing and know that there are better days if you are willing to ask for the help, put in the work and have some hope even when things may feel overwhelming or hopeless. I hear you, I will listen to you and I will be cheering you on the whole time. I will share my experiences if it helps you feel less alone or offers you some real life experiences that things can and do get better.
