Bio

I am empathetic and kind hearted person. I love to spend time with children of various age groups. I am a good listener and a keen observer of my surroundings and people. I love to spend time with lots of classical music and also watching movies. I am involved with various psychology workshops and love to read about various cases on a daily basis online to keep myself informed about the field more and more. It also helps me to recognise the problems in children and help them to improve. I run my freelancing teaching online which is fun to connect with students of various age groups. It helps me keep in touch with younger minds thereby helping them to grow. It helps me grow too. I love helping children with different situations and issues so that they can find out the best in them accordingly. I feel I am suitable for this job because of who I am and what I seek. This is all about me in a nutshell. Thank you.

Fairness: Building Trust Through Justice

...See more Fairness is something we all recognise instantly when it’s present and when it’s missing. To me, fairness means making sure people are treated with respect, given equal chances, and not overlooked because of bias or favouritism. It’s not just about big issues like justice systems or workplace policies; it shows up in small, everyday moments too. I’ve noticed that fairness builds trust. For example, in group projects, when everyone’s effort is acknowledged and responsibilities are shared equally, people feel motivated and respected. On the other hand, when one person carries most of the load or decisions are made without considering everyone’s input, frustration builds quickly. Fairness is what keeps relationships and communities healthy. I personally don’t really feel it's too much to do, or that it's too hard to do; it comes easily if our heart is honest and fair by default. Practising fairness isn’t always easy. Sometimes emotions or personal preferences get in the way. I’ve had moments where I wanted to favour someone close to me, but I realised that wouldn’t be fair to others. It takes self-awareness and courage to step back and ask: Am I treating everyone equally? When I do, I feel more aligned with my values, and others trust me more. Discussion Prompts 1. How do you make sure you’re being fair in group situations? 2. Can you share a time when practising fairness helped strengthen a relationship or community?

Judgment and Perspective in Everyday Choices
IDG 7 Cups Hub / by Aurora123lights

...See more I have realised in my life that sometimes the hardest part of life is not the big decisions but the small ones that we make daily. Judgment and perspective are two qualities that help me pause before reacting and remind me to look at situations from more than one angle. For example, when I receive conflicting advice about my health, my first instinct might be to feel confused or frustrated. But when I apply judgment, I slow down, weigh the evidence, and ask myself what truly makes sense. It helps a lot, really. Perspective then allows me to step back and see the bigger picture of how this choice will affect not just me but also the people around me, which is extremely important. I have noticed that when I use these strengths together, I feel calmer and more confident. Instead of rushing into conclusions, I give myself space to reflect, which is very much necessary for my own benefit and mental health. This often leads to wiser decisions and fewer regrets. I think these qualities are especially important in today’s world, where we are constantly bombarded with opinions. Discussion Prompt 1. How do you practice judgment and perspective in your daily life? 2. Can you share a time when looking at a situation from a different perspective changed your decision?
