...See more Does anyone else dissasociate sometimes during an episode? It tends to feel like I'm going numb and floating outside of my body. I feel like I am controlling my body like a video game character instead of experiencing what I am doing and it makes doing anything very hard. If you do do you have any tips for snapping out of it, preventing it or making it less severe? Thanks
