So let me tell you a bit about myself... I am a Seeker, a Seeker of Light & of Truth. I am a Spiritual Artist, it is the medium that I use to explore my Inner Self & my connection to the Universe. I have walked a brave path in life, as I have struggled myself with Severe Depression & I also have ADD. Over the years I have been able to cultivate effective coping skills to deal with this better & I believe sharing what I have learned can help others improve thier quality of life too. I know how you feel because I myself have been there. I have never had as much support in my life as I needed, so I understand why you need to come to an app like this just so that you can be heard & I know that must be hard for you. I will listen to you from my heart, because you deserve to have someone there for you & I will guide you in the light of the truth, as best as I know it. I am involved in many Spiritual practices... I work with, blend & make products with Essential Oils, so I am knowledgable in Arometherapy. I also work with herbs, tinctures, & Quartz Crystals. One of my nightly rituals is Meditation & working with Creative Visualization & Manifestation. What we think, we become & it's very important to visualize our aspirations and our goals because it's the positive thinking that leads us onto success in our lives.
