That's what we often call a lack of self-confidence or motivation, closely tied to social phobia. Now, here's an intriguing twist โ€“ mirrors, the ones we use to check our appearance before heading out or for those important meetings, can be a powerful tool for mental therapy. Take a moment to look at yourself in the mirror. What do you see? When you feel weak or inadequate, it's not someone else making you feel that way; it's you, and your own thoughts. Here's a simple yet effective exercise: try talking to yourself in the mirror once a day. Share your thoughts, your ideas, or even just a friendly hello.
