...See more Have you heard about Pre Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder? I recently came across this disorder and ... According to DSM-V, it is one of the depressive disorders. Does anyone else have it? How do they treat it? What type of therapy do they carry? I would like to read to you as I am not familiar with the disorder. I suffer from it, but did not know it. That is why I feel so lost.

...See more It feels like I'm doomed to be alone. Every time I try to get closer to someone, there comes a point where I don't feel able to continue, I lose interest, I lose confidence, it causes me a lot of stress. I get away from everyone around me and go back to my "safe zone". I hurt those who are able to tolerate my bad times and it is not fair to them because I am not there in their bad times.
