...See more Hello, I hope you are doing well. This is my first time ever doing something like this so bear with me.  More recently, I have gone back into having extreme anxiety and depression. I’d say this started around February. Since then my anxiety has skyrocketed. I mean I dealt with it before but it was lowering and it was easier to get rid of. Now I just constantly feel like something is going to go wrong. I constantly feel impending doom. It’s like my brain is looking for things to be scared or upset about. It is searching for anything to be anxious about. I even get extremely anxious and my mood gets ruined over the tiniest of things or difference in tone if Ykwim. It doesn’t go away either. It rarely goes away. I constantly feel cooped up with this anxiety in my chest and constantly scared something is gonna go comepletely wrong or my worst fears are gonna come true either in my relationship or in general. Not only have I been dealing with this anxiety boost, but I have also just been having non stop bad dreams since February too. Every single night I never fail to either have a nightmare or bad dreams. This can go from like extreme nightmares to just bad dreams about me arguing with my loved ones. These things have taken such a bad toll on me and it is showing and it is unfair to the people around me. I have hated myself more and I have felt more depressed, suicidal, worthless, lonely just a bunch of things. I also do not get that much sleep but I’ve always had that problem too. It is just so draining.  Anyways, thank you for reading if you did I appreciate it and lmk if you have any ideas or suggestions or if you’re just experiencing something similar
