...See more Hello. I’ve suffered with depression for about 5 years and I’m on medication and have done therapy before but I’ve been feeling more down than normal lately. You know that feeling where you don’t want to hurt yourself but you also feel like you’d be much better off not on this earth anymore? Im sorry if that’s triggering for some people. I just don’t know how to get out of this right now, I feel stuck!
