I have in my own personal life experienced severe anxiety as well as post natal anxiety and depression.
I have a particular interest in the field of dementia and its impact on both carers and those with the diagnosis. I have completed numerous studies on understanding dementia and how best to support those people whose lives have been impacted by this diagnosis.
