...See more Im a careworker and I experience a lot of anxiety in my job, the individuals I look after have dementia and some are end of life. Many people don’t understand the grief and exhaustion that comes with this and I’m looking for people to talk to outside of work that may have the same struggles. family and friends don’t tend to understand what I’m feeling 😩
