...See more We have been together for a year, just last week was our 1st year anniversary. Isn't that the saddest thing? Anyways, I'm feeling lost. I don't know what to do with myself. I know the obvious focus on my self healing thing and all that but no one ever really tells you how you are supposed to deal with that grief. What methods can you take with dealing with the loneliness, the need for that space to be filled, or dealing with the grief. What are the practical things to do. I need to not feel so alone i think, that's one of the biggest things. I hope someone understands and has something to add or to share. Thank you
