...See more hello i’m new here and i feel very lost and alone. i lost 50 ibs in 2020 but since i started working full time in october i’ve gained it all back and i’m feeling really motivated atm but also i feel like “today is the day!” like every morning then ruin it by binging on 1000s of calories at night.... my bf and i literally only fight about me binging and i feel so alone because i don’t have any friends and i can’t talk about this stuff with my bf because he’s amazing and loves me no matter what but can’t offer me the support that i need. i’m so ashamed of my feelings as well because so many people are doing more than me. all i want is to follow my diet, keep a clean house, do some schooling and work 40hrs a week which is like super normal stuff everyone seems to be able to do no problem but i can barely do 1 and it’s frustrating because before i was working this much i was like on top of the world accomplishing so many goals idk thanks for listening if you made it though me complaining this much... id love it if you messaged me if any of this is relatable for you or you have any advice love you guys stay safe💕
