...See more I'm sorry but it makes me so angry that I have to ask my friend that I don't want to be told to just "breath and let go my bad feelings".  It's the inmidiate suggestion they gave me when I reach for help. I tell them i'm not feeling good, could you keep me company? And when I start crying is "breath and tell the feeling I recognize you but leave" i hate it!  The suggestion is useful. Don get me wrong but to actually recognize my feeling I NEED to feel it! Is it uncomfortable? Yes it is! But I need to feel it and then breath and let it go. But they can't. They can't give company in those struggling moments. Just the good ones!  So I realize I'm alone when I'm feeling down. Cause I have to feel my bad moments alone!  Or worst I have to have enough energy to Ask to my friend please just stay and don't suggest me this and I have to tell them what I want all the time!  I understand they can't know what do I need but seriously... Tell me to calm down immediately?
