...See more I found some pony beads at the thrift store and I made these braclets a few days ago. I found it was very therapeutic for me. I actually calmed down enough to do schoolwork, maybe I'll make some more today.

...See more I have adhd. I get distracted extremely easy. (I don’t take any medication. I tried a bunch and none of them worked. The ones that doctors suggest now aren’t available.) I end up using my phone a lot in class/when I’m supposed to be doing homework. It’s just that I rather do anything else than do what I’m supposed to (unless it’s related to art or something else I like.) Or I’m just really confused and I don’t know what to do (like getting stuck on a question). Sometimes I get distracted without my phone and I just stare into space/daydream/wander/doodle for EXCESSIVE amounts of time. I feel like a terrible person. my mom keeps getting messages from my teachers about using my phone in class.(Also I NEVER complete my work on time). She’s really mad at me. I feel like she hates me. She couldn’t look at me at dinner today. I tried one of those apps for blocking other apps it didn’t work for me. Also tried using a flip phone - it just made things worse. I genuinely hate myself for this. I don’t know what to do. This all could be related to the fact that I don’t get enough sleep. I don’t know how to fix that problem either. Sorry this weirdly written. I would appreciate any advice or support.
