Hiya seems like you found me on 7cups I love helping people with anxiety, depression, self-harming, eating disorders, and racing thoughts mainly because when I was younger I went through those things and I made a promise to myself "if there was ever any small chance to help someone who's dealing with anything I've been through that I would in less than a heartbeat help them in any way I could" if you want you can join me on keeping this promise too all I know is that I'm willing to listen all you have to do is say hi
