...See more I'm new to 7cups. I feel anxious most of the day. I have no body to talk to. Maybe my life is normal but I don't feel like normal. I get overwhelmed by everything. I don't have any friends. I feel burden to my family. I don't even what's happening with me. I just feel thrilled everytime. Like my brain in on alert mode. I have so much past traumatic experience because of my mother. I just want peace. No overthinking no overwhelming no anxiousness
