I am a training student counsellor, currently studying a Master of Counselling course at university. I wish to assist people improve and manage their mental health, with a specific interest in the health and wellbeing of adolescents. I hope to utilise 7Cups to provide support to a wider number of people and build my counselling skills to supplement my everyday practice.
