Anxious attachment

...See more I've had an anxious attachment style for my entire life. It makes me come across controlling and needy because I have a fear of abandonment and I need constant validation. It's been a breaking point for a lot of relationships and I want to change. I want to heal from past trauma but I don't know. Its very difficult for my partner to navigate and it's exhausting for me to try keeping up with my own emotions. Any ideas on how to deal with this would be much appreciated
