...See more This morning I woke with the fear of dying. I had multiple anxiety attacks today to the point of chills and chest pain. I believe my trigger was the car accident I was in. I've had a couple crazy things happen this past month and that was the thing that just made me freak out. I dont know , usually I'm good at coping with my anxiety, but I just dont know what to do. I hate feeling out of control.
