Where do I access my therapist?

...See more I paid 150 dollars for one month of therapy. I asked my therapist several questions. It states she will get back to me. No where on the site can I see her responses. I have ot heard from her. Before I cancel this service, am I missing something? I tried calling customer service and on a business day they can't be bothered to answer their phones.
