...See more I don't know how this works but I had a session with a psychiatrist who said i either have a binge-eating or bulimia disorder and we couldn't really afford to go to multiple sessions today for the first time I vomited after a meal (i forced myself to) and I felt proud? I just felt like all this self hating and beating myself up is finally coming to use and that I actually might lose weight. it was really bizarre and I know my mom and my sister were kinda worried because I couldn't stop smiling i can't help it. I hope someone else had the same experience (not really i hope yall are doing fine) so i dont feel to weird about it
