...See more I cannot stop picking at my scalp and worrying about how much sleep I'm gonna get. I have issues with getting up in the morning and worring about everything. I always use to pick my skin on meth but I'm over 6 years clean I think I have an actual skin licking disease. It makes me feel so ugly. It's an obsession almost. And I hope it stops and not get worse. I'm also super lazy I just work and come home and sit around laya found but I need to give myself more credit I've came a long way from being a drug addict and losing to having my own apt and having a full-time job I think it's just mental illness and a lot of my oar just mixed together.
