...See more hey there, I'm sophie, so I'm a bit insecure about it but I've decided to speak up about how I've been feeling for years to some of my friends. But actually I'm having problems finding the right time and words. I'm not a talkative kind of person and I have no idea how to start the conversation, do you guys have any tips? I though about writing a letter and reading it out loud but that won't do cause I'm crap at that too. Sometimes I think that maybe there is nothing to tell and I made up all this or have been sad for no reason at all.
