...See more I suffer from Anthrophobia. I have major anxiety attacks because of it. If I'm around anybody, I start to shake and feel like breaking down. I can't handle being around others. ...See more I have panic attacks at least every other day and they go on for ages. Unfortunately, I live alone and I have but a few friends. Due to this, I am looking for some people to share their coping methods with me. I myself only have a few ways to calm down but I just figured that the people here would have much better ideas. Please, if possible, share some coping methods with me. That would be greatly appreciated. ❤️
