...See more Hey there!! rn I’m studying for my finals, and every hour and a half or so I take 15min break, and I spend that time scrolling through my mobile phone. I want to change that, like I don’t want to use my phone that much, but in 15min I can’t really do anything else. For example, I can’t go for a walk in just 15min, or read a book bcs I will want to read more after the 15min hahaha. What do u usually do in ur breaks? Or any suggestions to not use my phone on breaks and instead doing smth else? take care!
