...See more 23F. I grew up knowing I had OCD Depression Anxiety & PTSD. But recently my therapist and physicians have determined I am also ADHD & Autistic. It has been a huge help and relief and I've made so much progress since my diagnosis but it's also been really overwhelming processing it and trying to accept it. Has anyone else (particularly women or girls) found out they were Autistic or ADHD late in life? I've got follow up questions because this is causing a whole identity crisis and alot of unsurity of how to move forward...
