New here, my wife demanded an open marriage

...See more I’m new here, been depressed for years, health declined, and I walled out the world including my wife. It took her telling me she was dating as if our marriage was open because she couldn’t stand seeing me give up to finally wake me up. I’m 2 months into trying to live, I’ve lost a lot of weight, I’ve made progress but I still find myself slipping into suicidal thoughts especially because she is still dating and I can get her to stop. I hate that it took this to wake me up and I hate that as I improve my marriage is still failing. I have 2 kids w her. I’m financially barely getting by and I hate that I am even considering suicide but I’m just feeling futile and wanting relief. I am hopeful that some people and some open conversations can help me push through, even if I am miserable, my kids need a better me and that should be enough for a normal person, I need help.
