I am an INFJ, understanding and empathetic, I have struggles of my own and helping others fulfills me. When I reach milestones in my recovery, it is important to me to reach out and help others up to join me. I know about DBT, CBT, and mindfulness, and I have experience and knowledge with and about PTSD/Trauma, depression, anxiety, dissociation, LGBTQ+, family stressors, self harm, eating disorders, and other tough stuff. I'm here to listen and help. I love art, rock and indie music, poetry, tumblr, and the color blue. Took little time to reply, but took enough time to think about what to say and pay attention. Uses good grammar, remembers to give compassion hearts when needed, and in my opinion one of the best sessions I've ever had, even though it wasn't that long. Recommended.
